Jay is a graduate of York University, Toronto (B.A. Psychology, M.A. Psychology). With a successful business & real estate background, Jay held the position of National Manager, Real Estate Sales and Relocation Services for one of Canada's largest financial firms before owning and operating her own successful businesses in Toronto. A summer resident of Muskoka for many years, Jay made her own dreams come true when she relocated to Lake of Bays permanently in 1991.

Jay owns the charming historical building that houses the Royal LePage office in Dwight. A warm and inviting environment, when visiting the office you are often greeted by the office assistant 'Maggie' a rescue dog from the animal shelter. Jay is proud to give back to her community and is a strong supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, The Huntsville Festival of the Arts, Reel Alternatives and many local initiatives such as the Dwight Winter Carnival and Friends of the Library. She is an active member and on the board of the Rotary Club of Huntsville.
